Camping Kozarica

Great location, but the sanitary facilities in the lower part of the complex (2 in total) are an absolute disaster, warm water during the shower (the sanitary facilities are probably from the 70s) is rather an exception, water for flushing is lukewarm. All toilet seats are broken. Cleanliness is just okay. Complaints are received at the reception with a friendly smile. Dog owners are allowed to stay with their dogs everywhere, complaints are received "with a smile".

I find it very good that there is a disabled WC with a shower. Sanitary facilities are clean. With a slightly longer trailer, it gets a bit cramped on the pitch. Without a mover, parking is almost impossible due to the many trees, especially in categories Premium A and B. It is very quiet on the pitch.

This was our fourth time here, and we are always enchanted by the beautiful location. Unfortunately, the camping feel is increasingly lost due to the immense number of motorhomes—about 90% during our time! The larger, the better, and it's best to park across from others so that no one can see the sea anymore. The operator should intervene more here. Large motorhomes at the back, tents and caravans in front, especially since the access to the pitches is quite narrow. Waste disposal was already at the edge of our time.

The site is beautifully located on a slope, where the individual pitches are arranged in terraces with walls. Partially difficult to access. Larger motorhomes may have problems maneuvering. The beach is very beautiful with gravel and has great shade from large pine trees. The front beach area by the water is designed with stone slabs allowing for easy access to the water. A small pool for children is also available. The campsite supermarket has the most important items, only in the mornings the bread runs out quickly. But across from the campsite entrance, there is a small bakery, so it's no problem. The sanitary facilities are very outdated with partially broken tiles, but clean. (There is another building at the site, which had not yet opened over Pentecost). I understand that water should be used sparingly, but if the taps only run the water for two or at most six seconds depending on the shower, that's too little. The showerheads do not give off a strong spray and are not adjustable. Conclusion: very nicely located, quiet site, but the sanitary facilities are really unsatisfactory.

We were at the site in mid-September. The pitches are predominantly very uneven and even with a jack, we couldn't create a level area on our pitch (non-divided). The sanitary facilities were dirty, showers were broken, doors couldn't be locked, and the water was cold with a three-second interval. Toilet brushes without holders were leaning against the wall. I didn't see any cleaning staff, and the mop had been leaning in the same position against the wall the whole time. It was quiet, but guests were walking past the table due to the non-divided pitches. There was only sporadic light in the evening, making the existing rock outcroppings hard to see. The electric supply at the site was outdated. We didn't have a water connection. Positively.... the staff was friendly, and there were actually free spots, which seems to be a rarity. Good short walk to Pakostane along the sea. Conclusion: I know four stars differently. The rating should not amount to more than three stars.

Great place with shaded and sunny spots! Nice and quiet in the evenings, yet quick to the city center (5 minutes walking along the beach)! Only the sanitation area is unfortunately very outdated. Great boating area...
