Camping Jochum

Nice little campsite with fantastic views of the mountains depending on the pitch. The site itself is mostly gravel and a bit of grass, but the facilities and all the sanitary areas as well as disposal areas are impeccably clean. Laundry facilities are available, and there is also a drying room for clothes and shoes. In summer, there is a free mountain railway card for all the lifts in the area, as well as the bus for the entire Kleinwalsertal. Bus stops are a 2-minute walk away, as is the nearest village, which is reachable within 5-10 minutes on foot. Supply and disposal services are available on site, electricity costs 1 euro per kWh, and there is a bread service available. We paid about 59 euros/day for 3 people including tourist tax and all the aforementioned services, which I found justified for the mountain railway and all the mentioned services, but it shouldn't get more expensive. All in all, we were very satisfied! Thank you for the great place with the amazing view.

Top clean sanitary facilities bus for the Kleinwalsertal in summer incl. We will come again

The site did not open at all as indicated. Instead, it only opens when the owner does not want to clean. We arrived there on April 22, 2015, according to the app and internet it was open, but at the office we were told that the campsite was closed for a few days because the owner wanted to clean. She referred us to another campsite that was supposedly open. However, since that site was also closed, we drove back and asked to at least provide us with a parking space without sanitary facilities. This was also refused to us. Impossible business conduct; I have never experienced anything like this.

We camped here for the first time and were thrilled. The sanitary facilities were clean and well maintained, and the surrounding area is very good for hiking. The mountain lifts and the bus are included in the price, thus justifying the value for money. The acceptance of our suitcase sent by train was no problem for the Jochum family.
