A very quiet facility not overcrowded with many children. Nice small playground and football field. Very friendly service.

In the front area, there are shady spots that are often permanently occupied by local permanent campers from the area. In the rear area, there is little shade. Sanitary facilities are sufficient, but too poor for the prices charged for overnight stays. Since the highway no longer runs directly past the site, the noise pollution has improved; only truck drivers parking on the road right in front of the site with engines running are a major nuisance. The reception is staffed, but helpfulness is another matter. I had the pleasure of being here in 1988 and 1989, as well as repeatedly in the 90s and 2000s - not much has changed. The restaurant has been completely renovated, and since then the rat infestation has ceased. However, there are still loud events in the restaurant disturbing the peace until the early hours of the morning. A general renovation and a new concept would greatly benefit the campsite, but the - supposedly living in Holland - Greek owner probably lacks the financial means to do so. It is a site suitable as a stopover for continuing the journey. However, a place for a vacation looks different, especially because there are no attractions offered nearby. A few years ago, Camping Interstation once served as the gathering place for Harley riders from around the world, a glory that the current managers still seem to believe they can live off. You can comfortably walk to Stylida on a partially paved path or along the beach, but aside from a small harbor and plenty of pubs around the Plateia, there is little of interest to find. For an overnight stay with a caravan, car, and a family of four, around 70-90 € must be invested in the high season. A lot of money for little service. This site has been struggling unsuccessfully for 30 years. I have never really seen the site filled up even in high season. Why would it be? Given the service?
