The campsite is located at the back of a row of houses and backyards. There, until late at night, there's barking dogs and shouting. During the peak season, it's populated by large family groups (which is of course no problem!), who listen to loud music until late at night (disrespectful). Arrivals also until late at night. Not a chance to think about sleep! There is only one free cold shower for men and women, all other showers are only available for a fee, 1 euro for 3 minutes of hot water. They are really ripping people off here! Sanitary facilities dirty! The so-called pool is tiny, there is no shade. The few loungers are already reserved early in the morning, locals are given preference here. Unfriendly staff, reception not very helpful. No recommendation! In August, for two people plus camper 40 € per night… That's overpriced even for Italian standards in high season for this place!

The area is primarily characterized by motorhome spaces; we found a good spot in the back. The sanitary facilities were a bit further away, but clean. The reception was straightforward, and bus tickets were available directly at the reception. The bus stop is right in front of the campsite. A supermarket and bakery are in the immediate vicinity.

Everything is fine here🙂 The area is well-maintained, the sanitary facilities are simple but clean and absolutely fine (showers cost €1 for 3.5 minutes). Water, etc. for camper vans is available at the service point outside the actual campsite. The central pitches around the service building are currently a bit short, but there is plenty of room further back to have some privacy; at least that was the case in November, it surely looks different in the peak season. The beach is a 20-minute walk away, and you could actually walk to the temples (about 2.3 km), but walking in Italy on narrow streets is a bit tricky… Right across the street, there is a supermarket and a fruit and vegetable stand. Everything fits well. With the ACSI card, we paid about €20 per night, and one shower was free. As often in Sicily, there are many cats here as well. They like to make themselves comfortable on your camping chairs, so be careful when letting the dogs out in the morning 😄

We really liked the place. The sanitary facilities are simple but clean. At the reception, you can buy bus tickets to the Valley of the Temples and to Agrigento. The restaurant is directly accessible from the campsite. And the staff was always friendly.
