International Camping Valledoria

When we presented the ADAC Card after our stay, it was not accepted. The reason given was that it must be shown unsolicited at check-in. We have not experienced this before and will therefore not recommend the site and will certainly not return. The ADAC should keep an eye on this.

The place is quite nice if you are lucky enough to get a spot with a sea view. However, what I cannot understand is that there is no discount for disabled individuals. I want to emphasize that it is not about the money for me, but rather a matter of principle; a 20% discount for our 100% disabled son would have sufficed. But I find it very unsocial not to provide any discount to individuals who are already at a disadvantage - mind you, with 4 full-paying adults at the campsite. The site we visited previously was much more socially oriented. For me, this is a reason not to visit this site again!

Beautiful shaded spots, pool and playground top-notch. Of course, the sea isn't like in the northeast, but the place only costs a third at around €40.

All in all, we would not spend a vacation here. We were guests for one day and one night, which was enough for us. Pros: - Sanitary facilities - Some nice staff - Good small supermarket at the campsite Cons: - One German-speaking lady at the reception quickly gets rude, even with a full mouth, it's unacceptable!!! - There are incredibly many strict rules, for example: the toilets at the swimming pool may not be entered with wet clothes, vehicles must be parked outside in the parking lot, etc. - Complicated check-out (you have to walk to the reception to have the power box opened, then you have to leave the site and then pay). - Plastic ID bracelets are put on by the staff - Restaurant with uncomfortable seats and burnt pizza - Very many ants everywhere.

Unfortunately, we stayed as a family of 5 for 2 nights at this place. We have NEVER experienced such an unfriendly, child-discriminating site with no regard for customer friendliness! Our two children were drawing with chalk at the children's playground. They came running back to our site crying because the chalk was taken away by the STAFF. After I picked up the chalk following a heated discussion, I had to remove the chalk myself. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this place, even though the beach with the dunes is really beautiful... That was just one unfriendly experience of many...

Very clean, beautifully laid out campsite... perfectly built into nature... you can't see the site from the sea or from the land... great sanitation facilities.... all common languages are spoken... very friendly reception.. highly recommended.

Nice staff, we were there from May to July 015, 016, 017, 018 and will also be there again in 019. Just beautiful!!!!!!!
