The campsite is very beautifully located by the Staffelsee. However, there is hardly any organization present. The community of slightly older permanent campers loves to celebrate, including with loud live music, and afterward, they sit together in the beer garden until late at night, sometimes until the morning. The very basic facilities would have suited us, but relaxation is impossible due to the noise level. With kids, it is out of the question.
