Good campsite for a weekend

It was nice that we could pay for the entire vacation in advance, allowing us to drive directly to the site. It is also good that electricity is charged based on actual usage. Additionally, we received a card for the showers, so the water ran as long as we wanted without being turned off after a few seconds. The food in the restaurant was also good. The farm shop had a decent selection. However, it was a bit unusual that there was only one sanitary facility located at the beginning of the site. There was also only one entrance and exit. The waste disposal station for motorhomes was situated near the entrance and exit, which caused some traffic jams during departure, as we could not pass the motorhomes. All caravans/motorhomes had to be parked in a specific direction. In the back area, there was also a sanitary trailer, but without showers. Do not use the K18 for caravans/motorhomes, 20% slope.

Beautiful campsite, but..

Beautiful place, friendly staff, well-equipped shop. However, it cannot be that you have to walk more than 500 meters (a distance...) back to the sanitary facilities from the pitches at the end of the campsite. There is a wagon marked 'Sanitary', but this is just a toilet facility. In the middle of the entrances at the front (!) there is a chemical toilet discharge...Bah... Sanitary means for us: toilets, showers, washrooms and also rinsing areas are present. Additionally, shower tokens are also required, which is no longer contemporary. Wi-Fi is also chargeable... Therefore, more recommended for 'hikers'.

Nice spot right by the Moselle

We had our plot in the dog area near the bridge with a direct view of the Moselle. The plot was really huge. The initially feared noise pollution from road traffic did not occur. The functional sanitary building was always clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly to us. With the ADAC card, the shower tokens were free, and we received a good handful upon our arrival. The shop was adequately stocked. The restaurant operator, however, cannot be praised. It’s best to cook for yourself or go to another restaurant. We were satisfied and can definitely imagine a return visit.

Very nice well-maintained site

The campsite is located directly on the Moselle. There is also a small harbor. The plots are not separated, but they are spacious enough. Guests and staff are predominantly Dutch, but they are also happy to welcome German guests. The sanitary facilities are very clean, and there is almost always someone cleaning. For showering, coins are required, costing €1 for 5 minutes. Electricity is billed separately, which I find fair in today’s time, so everyone can consider whether to use air conditioning and pay for it, without it being passed on to the community. There is a small supermarket where you can get pre-ordered rolls in the morning; otherwise, it is adequately stocked. The on-site restaurant is the only negative; the dishes are quite expensive and the quality does not reflect that.

The site is very clean and well maintained! The only thing we didn't like was the price calculation; it didn't match the posted prices at all. The prices at Pincamp are also incorrect!

Campsite with a varied entertainment programme
The small village of Senheim in Rhineland-Palatinate is nestled between vineyards and the Moselle. The Holländischer Hof campsite is located just a few hundred metres from the town centre on a peninsula in the river. Most of the pitches on the approximately 4-hectare site are connected to the electricity grid. Guests can use the WLAN for an additional charge. When booking, holidaymakers can specify whether they would prefer to spend their holiday on a sunny or shady pitch. The modern sanitary building offers facilities for people with reduced mobility and bathing facilities for babies. Self-catering holidaymakers can shop in the shop, where Dutch and German products are available. Gourmets are also welcome to use the bread roll service. A restaurant in the entrance area also caters for culinary needs. In fine weather, gourmets can enjoy their meals on the sun terrace. The well-kept campsite scores points with its varied excursion and entertainment programme. The programme includes group hikes, barbecue evenings and wine tastings directly at the winegrower. Romantic evening walks through the vineyards are also great fun. During the holiday season, fun entertainers entertain the young guests. Highlights at the miniclub include the sing-along evening, the ghost parade and the craft session in the morning. The friendly staff use the recreation room for many events.
