Camping Hain

Picturesquely located right by the shore. From every terrace, there is a beautiful view of the lake. There are single and double pitches, which we liked since we were traveling with friends. One has to prepare for the strong wind coming from the lake, so you need to anchor your awning properly. For that, you need sturdy and long screws for the rocky ground. The sanitary facilities were always clean and tidy. The only negative was that during the week we were woken up by construction work every day, which is only temporary until the charming holiday homes are finished.

We were with children (2 and 4 years old) at the camping site. The small playground is okay. Nature and the lake are great. Unfortunately, there is no way for the children to wash themselves in the sanitary facilities, as there are no low sinks available. We managed by using the provided bench. But you cannot leave a two-year-old child alone there. The same goes for the toilets (no low bowls or child seats available). A note to the reception. Please remind all dog owners that the camping site has a dog beach that should also be used. There are children who are afraid of dogs.

Beautifully located campsite with its own spacious gravel beach. Unfortunately, there is no catering available, no bicycle rental or similar. The nearest catering is on the other side of the lake about 4 km on foot. Sufficient sanitary facilities and, depending on occupancy, also clean. The power column is unfortunately only located on one side of the double pitches, so you need a 25 m extension cable.

Nice camping site. The place is constantly being expanded, soon there will also be a restaurant and a small shop here. You can also order bread rolls online. It’s ideal for dogs, the dog beach is right next to the campsite. The beach and water are very clean. A downside is that fresh water is only available at the sanitary facilities. The sanitary facilities are adequate and clean, although some campers do not know what a toilet brush is 🤔.... All in all, a small cozy campsite that will soon become a very nice destination for campers. We will gladly come back here...🤝

The plots are very small, no privacy. Drinking water is only available at the sanitary building, long distances. No price-quality ratio is not appropriate. Water quality is very good.

Manageable, quiet, highly recommendable. There is everything you need. Everything is clean and well maintained. We will come back.

We were here over the weekend from (April 21-23, 2023). Our spot was in the 2nd row with a lake view and a very beautiful view of the lake. The site has potential, but there are still construction works ongoing. However, you feel very close to nature due to numerous birds. The power plant nearby did not disturb us, and the nearby highway was hardly heard at all. However, we found the price inappropriate for the current situation. All in all, we had a very nice time and can imagine visiting the site again in 2-3 years. Oh yes, the sites are very steep. So definitely take large ramps to level out.

As of June 2019. Upon seeing the reception, one thought it was closed. Beautiful path around the lake. We had lost the keys, employees made a heartfelt effort and were successful. No signs of unfriendliness, if you bring a little time. The steam cloud from the nearby power plant takes some getting used to.
