The best campsite we've ever been to in 45 years of camping! Our new favorite - until now it was for a long time Ramatuelle near St. Tropez, but they now only make their money with MobilHomes.

If you like it loud, are looking for animations, and love a party atmosphere. Hands off this place!!! - no boring plots - no music until the night - no swimming pool but instead! - incredibly much space - free choice of spot - clean toilets and showers - lots of trees - great path to the city - partly gigantic view => for me, TOP 1 of all previous campsites in Italy.

Located just outside of Assisi, this pleasant and well-parceled site is situated on a slope. It's a 10-minute walk to the city limits and 30 minutes to the Basilica of San Francesco. There are shaded spots, sanitary facilities are okay and clean. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful.

A beautifully situated campsite! The staff at the reception is very accommodating. A lady speaks German very well. Unfortunately, the highly praised Ristorante La Stalla was closed during our stay. The sanitary facilities are clean. You can reach the old town on foot in just a few minutes.

Even before the trip, we received very friendly and comprehensive information over the phone. On-site, everyone was very polite and very helpful. Also, when we couldn't get a taxi at night due to our lack of Italian, the gentleman at the reception sent us a taxi. It worked perfectly. Thank you! If we come back to Assisi, we will definitely camp here again. By the way: Assisi is worth a visit. A beautiful little town, nice cafés, picturesque streets. Several days are advisable. The gray/blue buses go everywhere. 1.50 to 2 euros per ride. Line A operates in the city. Bus tickets are cheaper at the Tabacchi/Bar than on the bus itself. Enjoy your time in Assisi!!!
