Suitable for city trips - otherwise a rip-off
Beautiful places right by the Arno River but without access to the river. Supermarket, bar, restaurant, information stand, and shuttle bus (€6 round trip) on site. Very small and insufficient shower stalls with translucent, non-floor-to-ceiling glass partitions. Hardly any shelves. Power outlets wit… More

Good City Campsite
Absolutely perfect for a city trip to Florence. The site has a super nice pool facility and a great restaurant with a bar. The toilet buildings are all new and clean. However, the furnishings are somewhat spartan and rather plain. The shuttle to the city is easy to use, but you can also walk or bik… More

However, it is still about 2 km to walk from the stop in Florence to the center. The last bus returns at 7:15 PM. That’s why we took public transportation on the way b… More

Nice campsite with shuttle service
Campsite centrally located to Florence, bus nearby or shuttle. Already well visited in March, possibility to walk with the dog near the water, own supermarket + restaurant (somewhat expensive), own security, sanitary okay, price somewhat high (41 Euros per night, 2 persons + dog)
