Generously laid out, slightly sloping grassy terrain with reed islands. Pitch areas are divided by shrubs, bushes, and rows of trees. Above the lakeside road, adjacent to houses and fields. Partial view of the lake.

Great saltwater lake with crystal clear water and great recreational activities, great atmosphere in the evenings at the campsite. Well suited if you are traveling with dogs. The sanitary facilities were very small (toilets) and were only cleaned once a day.

Small campsite, very nice reception in English. Great place to relax. Beautiful scenery. Compared to the other campsites we visited, a bit expensive, €22 per night for 2 adults and a child.

The best campsite on our entire tour of France! It's quiet here, but you can also sit together comfortably in the evening without disturbing others. The pitches are quite large and partly shaded and natural. The sanitary facilities were always clean, and the pool, trampoline, and bouncy castle were a dream for kids, especially for the price. The beaches where dogs are allowed are okay and sufficient. On the other side, there is also an artificially created sandy beach with palm trees and a restaurant. All of this is reachable on foot in a maximum of ten minutes. We were completely satisfied and turned our 2 nights into 6 and did not regret it!

We arrived as a family with three children aged between 3-6 and rented a mobile home for 6 people. All mobile homes are new, in great condition, and very clean. The final cleaning was taken over by the campsite for €50, but you can also do it yourself. Fortunately, I had my Thermomix and milk frother as well as various kitchen knives from home. A drip coffee maker is available. However, there was no soup ladle, so next time we will bring one from home as well. The handles of the pots get very hot on the gas stove, so pot holders would be helpful. (None are available, but a towel works too) Make sure to bring dish towels, dishwashing liquid, and all kinds of spices from home, as there is nothing available. However, there are good shopping opportunities nearby. There is a large refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment and a microwave. The washing machines and dryer are newer models from Miele. A wash load costs €4. There is a completely fenced-off and very clean pool, a small baby pool, as well as a huge bouncy castle (not during Mistral) and a trampoline. Additionally, there is a small shaded playground with swings, a seesaw, and a slide. For a small fee, you can rent paddle boats or canoes. The operators are very nice and helpful, speak good German and English. You can borrow games and books for free, and there are many flyers with excursion tips available. The bread is fantastic and can always be pre-ordered the day before. Starting from the first week of September, you get a 30% discount on the second week in the mobile home. Bringing your own bed linen is recommended; we tried the inexpensive disposable bed linen this time and will bring our own next time. We had beautiful and very comfortable holidays for a campsite at an unbeatable price (€730 for the mobile home for 2 weeks) and will definitely return.

In search of a dog-friendly campsite near Marseille, we found "Félix de la Bastide." Spacious plots with plenty of shade options. Clean sanitary facilities, although these are not lit at night. You have to bring your own toilet paper. 300m outside of the campsite is the salt lake with a beautiful natural beach where dogs are also allowed. Most of the time, we were there alone without other beach users. Very friendly staff. Delicious pizza at the campsite restaurant. Highly recommend this campsite!!!
