Sterile campsite, but with access to the beach.

Good: direct access to the gravel beach. Each pitch has a shading option. Right at the upper edge of the site, several multi-story apartment buildings are currently being constructed: construction noise!!

The plots are large and there is shade. The sanitary facilities are clean and are always being cleaned. Unfortunately, construction noise disturbs all day and at around 3 am the garbage collection comes and makes noise again. The dog problem is also not solved. As you pass by, barking dogs come from everywhere out of the caravans.

A clean and great parking spot.

The parking spaces are gravelled and also large enough. Unfortunately, to reach your parking space, you have to drive up a curb, as the spaces are somewhat elevated. Pathways to the spaces are paved. The sanitary facilities are clean and modern. We enjoyed our time there. The construction noise from the surroundings was just disturbing. We cannot recommend the restaurant. The little birds fly into the kitchen, the baguettes get pecked at. The recommended dish, the paella, was a disaster. Served from a large pot onto the plate and not in the pan as stated. The pool was okay.

Good parking spot, but not a campsite

The very new site is very tidy and clean, but it seems rather sterile to our taste. Asphalt streets, which are drawn like a highway with a ruler, the plots are optimal with fresh water and sewer connection for long-term stays in winter, however predominantly uneven. Sanitary facilities are very clean and modern. We would not want to be here in summer, as there is no possible shade. Unfortunately, construction noise is very disturbing, but even more disturbing is the blight of the otherwise very beautiful bay by the concrete castles that are now being built there. From the site, you can make very nice hikes along the coast to Benidorm, a super great area for dogs in a mountainous setting.

No Peaceful Camping

September 2021

We visited the site several times. Now several high-rise buildings are under construction adjacent to the campsite. The workers are hammering as if on a construction site. In addition, the concrete mixers are driving to the construction site. Even on Saturdays, work is being done. What this means for me is that on Friday afternoon, three Spanish families took over the area next to our site. Especially the shouting of parents and children until 1 o'clock in the morning was too much. Today, Saturday, another family joined. We have now told the reception that we would only stay for two nights out of the four paid nights and thus want a refund for two nights. They could not do that, as it is stated in the site's regulations. So we left and found a quiet and clean place nearby.

We find that this campsite is rated too highly. Large XXL spaces are occupied by caravans that then confront owners of large motorhomes because, for example, they take away the view of the sea or the sun.
