Pros
Decided to stay not too far from Santander as catching ferry in 3 days. Comillas is well worth a visit and we particularly enjoyed the Gaudi designed house. Had a serviced pitch with water and EHU which was nice and quiet. Toilet facilities and showers were excellent and really clean. Pitch/rental accommodation: Our pitch was spacious enough and nice and quiet.
Cons
We stayed end of September and some of the pitches were a bit tired. Mainly from people putting down groundsheets and killing the grass. However, they were being re-seeded and should be great in the spring. Pitch/rental accommodation: Exit with the caravan is quite narrow. Would be better if it was another 50cm wider.

After the spot we were assigned turned out to be too small for our caravan, we were able to easily move to a larger spot. The sanitary facilities were clean and constantly maintained. The small supermarket is well stocked, even offering fresh fruits and vegetables. The swimming pool is great. Standplatz/Mietunterkunft: The spots are well-kept and some are very spacious, there's something for everyone.
Cons
We didn't like the restaurant and the food didn't taste good to us either. Fresh bread is only available from 10 AM, and the bread from the bar doesn't taste good. Standplatz/Mietunterkunft: The proximity to the garbage collection point is very disturbing. The noise starts at 5:30 AM and there are endless flies. But that probably won't change.

Cons
Pitch/rental accommodation: Large section of the site with chalets and static caravans was very cramped and busy at weekends especially but we were thankfully pitched a long distance from this area
