Unfriendly site manager, disgusting shepherd's hut

I was with my 6-year-old child in the shepherd's hut in March. Despite heating, it was hardly warm. Upon request, we received winter blankets, which were charged to us for 30€ for the 4 nights, as well as a heater. The hut had black, dried damp spots in all corners, and even mushrooms were growing

Great location, quiet except for occasional street noise, perfect for extensive hikes! Unfriendly management, water connections at the site locked, Wi-Fi for a fee - but not available on the site! There are recommendable places in the area!
