I find it a shame that one does not take care of the staff, especially in today's times. You can feel that they are trying, but a proper introduction to the job along with information on local brochures is missing, or the owner should show more presence. Also, that you can only pay by credit card after a certain time?! That the staff also has to take the reservations until 10:00 PM is too much at the beginning. As I said, please, no complaints from the boss to employees when he himself does not take the time or is overwhelmed to implement the requests. Thank you.

The operator yelled at our children and threatened to hit them because they played too roughly with the large chess pieces. Hot water in the shower costs extra. Children also pay under 6 years old. Pool is okay but right next to the playground and unsecured.

Very nicely located campsite near the mountain railways. The sanitary facilities are very clean. They only disagree when it comes to finances. The electricity is not flat rate, but metered. The showers are not free; they cost 1CHF for every 3 minutes! Anyone thinking they can take a cold shower is out of luck: cold water costs the same. There are also savings measures with the lights: exactly 6 seconds and then the light turns off. No problem while showering, but who does jumping jacks on the toilet? Lastly: be careful when paying: neither the price on the homepage nor on the meter applies!

+ : Top location and large plots with or without shade, nice flat surfaces. - : Unfortunately, the showers are outdated and there are too few of them. Showers are only possible with coin operation, which is very unfortunate. The sanitary facilities do not deserve 4 stars.

Very nice campsite, friendly staff, located close to the Fiescheralp cable car and the Matterhorn Gotthard railway. Clean sanitary facilities, free Wi-Fi. Great restaurant (Raclette is a hit), every site has 16A electricity, water and gray water connection. We were very satisfied, we will come back.

Showers, electricity, and WiFi cost extra, which I find unfortunate. Otherwise, a cleaner and quieter place.
