In search of a yearly pitch, we also travel with a caravan, we were offered 2 available spaces by the operator over the phone. The website seemed great. In hindsight, it was a fake. We went there and were shocked by the number of dilapidated plots. The site was on gravel and had about 60 sqm for 1200€ and was surrounded by the neighbors' trash and debris. The toilet was far away, and like the communal room, it was very old and worn out. The handrails on the stairs were rotting. They have failed to manage their permanent campers properly. (not a unique case) The necessity to change, modernize, and take decisive action with the camping friends is not recognized. My question to Pincamp: Are the pitches not visited and evaluated before being added to the system? Then one could save time and money.
