Personally yes. Kitchen a disgrace, only one faucet with function. Toilet not usable at all. Showers allegedly renovated. The only plus is the proximity to the metro. The street to the square is not a street, but a series of holes. No possibility to shop nearby. Many youth groups with tents. Overall not recommended!
