actually a nicely located campsite, but very poorly managed and extremely unkempt in all areas. Not recommended. Despite high season, only a few visitors, who stay a maximum of one or two nights. There’s a reason to pay in advance. The grass is obviously never mowed, the outdoor faucets are defective, the drain for the chemical toilet is broken, causing a flood over the floor tiles. no shelves in the showers, the light goes out after a few minutes, so you are left in the dark. the water temperature, like almost everywhere, is not adjustable. The water was so hot you could hardly shower. Some of the toilets were flooded. The laundry room was locked. There is no camper service area on the campsite, not even a water connection is available. You could get baguettes in the neighboring pizzeria in the morning if you ordered them in the evening. However, this was not mentioned at the reception. The receptionist only spoke French and not a single word of English. Much more recommendable is the campsite 15 km away directly on the Orne in Clecy, unfortunately not in the ADAC guide.
