A place is worth its money. However, what is not acceptable is being lied to at the reception! If a seat change is not carried out, one should honestly say "I don't feel like (working)" instead of "fully booked" when half of the places are free. Ridiculous! Reception team from May 13, 2 PM, that is not acceptable at all!!!

Well located for city sightseeing

We were here for a stopover to see Dijon. We really liked the place because of the nice shade (old plane trees) and the apparently almost new sanitary building. From the square, a footpath leads directly to the city center of Dijon (20-25 minutes). We felt very comfortable here. The only (small downside) was that you dispose of camping toilets and other wastewater at a wastewater station right at the entrance, with a clear view of and the campers arriving. For the overnight spots available for motorhomes, this is certainly practical (the wastewater station for motorhomers was also there), but it felt too open and indiscreet for me. However, this does not detract from the overall evaluation (according to the operators, they are working on the situation).

Beautiful site, large pitches, clean sanitary facilities, no water on site

The site is beautifully located and you can quickly get to the city by bike along the river. The sanitary facilities were well maintained and clean. Disadvantage: no water on site. The motorhome area right at the entrance is very cramped and loud, I would avoid that, but the camping area is really spacious and nice.

For almost thirty years, I have spent my vacations in France, of which I have spent a very long time in Dijon at the campsite - to my fullest satisfaction. After a long absence, due to visits to other regions in France, I wanted to return to Dijon now. When I asked at the reception a few days ago for a spot with an electricity connection, it was Sunday afternoon, I was unfriendly informed that motorhomes with electricity connections must stay outside. My objection, that I had a small modified Peugeot car, was not taken into account. I thought I had misunderstood the situation and asked for clarification. Would I have had a spot without the wish for an electricity connection? There was no answer, instead the non-verbal hint: Don’t you see those motorhomes out there? In the thirty years of camping vacations in France, I have never been treated so rudely - like a little schoolboy for arriving late. I am very sorry that I have to strike Dijon from my list for future vacations in the coming years.

City-Close Camping

April 2018

The campsite is close to the city and has a large number of pitches; it appears a bit improvised with containers serving as the reception and sanitary containers in the back (the latter saves long walks to the actual sanitary building); snack truck with a changing offer on the site. Shady pitches available. Very quiet despite the location in the city. Racing circuit Circuit Dijon-Prenois easily accessible. Staff was very attentive.

Perfect place for a stopover. Large plots and many power distributors. Off-season for 2 adults with electricity 16€ per night. Very quick to get to the city by bike. Sanitary facilities a bit outdated. WiFi very slow.

The campsite is excellent for visiting Dijon (which is very worth seeing) when traveling by motorhome (also suitable for 9m+, large pitches), provided one is mobile with a bicycle or scooter (about 5 km). Nearby (<1 km) is Lake du Kir with a swimming pool and recreational facilities. Walking the dog along the river next to the campsite (similar to a park). High season 22.- € including dog and electricity is absolutely cheap. No gastronomy (bread can be ordered). Old sanitary facilities.

The place looked somewhat unkempt, e.g., litter on individual plots, green waste from the hedges is lying next to it, sanitary facilities poorly cleaned. A big plus is the proximity to Dijon, and the nighttime tranquility. Intermarché is a 10-minute walk away.
