Camping Le Balcon de la Baie

Very friendly operator couple. I can only echo the previous descriptions. Attention motorhome: no grey water disposal possible. Don't forget the hose for refilling water!

The reception by the very relaxed yet present operator couple was very friendly. We were fortunate to be able to gaze directly at the sea from our spot with private sanitary facilities over the pool. The beautiful pool area is open until 7:00 PM, and after that, it is completely quiet on the site. In the morning, a baker comes to the site, but you can also go to the bakery in the village (300 m away). Every day, different food trucks arrive at the site and sell a variety of delicious food, such as fries and sausages, mussels, pizza, ice cream, crepes. In the area, you can bike wonderfully and there are beautiful cities to explore. You can also learn to land sail nearby.

We had a great time here. The reception was very nice and warm. The location is really beautiful, and you have a really nice view of the sea and amazing sunsets. The pool is clean, nice, sufficiently large and very enjoyable for the children. They make sure that everyone drives slowly. The kids really liked the playground with the great bouncy castle. The pitches are sufficiently large. Despite being fully booked, it was pleasantly quiet and had a nice atmosphere. There is also a baker who comes here and various street food vendors. The only thing you need to get groceries from further away.

We stayed here for four nights. The site is family-run, and the owners are exceptionally friendly and engaged. Wonderfully located with a view of the somewhat distant sea. Large, shady pitches, good play opportunities, and a nice pool area. Those looking for hustle and bustle are in the wrong place; for us, this site ranks very high on our 'we-will-come-back-list!
