The campsite is quietly located in a clearing in the middle of a wooded area north of Utscheid. Its rural surroundings are characterised by peaceful villages and roads with little traffic. The tranquil holiday village offers a family atmosphere. The ground-level pitches, which are equipped with electricity and water supply and connected to the drainage system, are generously spread out on an elongated meadow area along the stream. The comfort pitches for tents and smaller caravans are located between the river and the edge of the forest, which provides cool shade in the mornings. Barrier-free pitches with a width of at least 12 metres are available for larger motorhomes. Satellite reception is also available on the XL pitches. At Camping Drei Spatzen, the youngsters can have great adventures and romp around in the playgrounds, look out for deer and squirrels in the forest or splash around in the gurgling stream. Both children and adults can enjoy outdoor activities with the entertainment team. In the evening, visitors sit around the fire pit, talk about their travels and bake stick bread. There is a glider airfield right next to the campsite, where those with a head for heights can enjoy panoramic flights over the undulating river and hilly landscape of the southern Eifel. A picturesque landscape attraction in the nature park region is the Devil's Gorge, through which the wildly rushing River Prüm flows.
