Quiet Campsite
We were on-site in May and there is really a lot offered for children - mini golf, playground, etc. we could also use well. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated and thus very cold. The Domaine de la Bergerie is particularly appealing to families, as young and old alike will find a variety of fun and games on the family-friendly site. Discerning holidaymakers who have high expectations of their camping holiday will also be delighted by the exceptional campsite, which meets the highest standards and includes many extras such as whirlpools and saunas.
The Domaine de la Bergerie offers its visitors 200 parcelled-out pitches on a total area of around 60 hectares. The park-like grounds are interspersed with trees and have a pond. A visit to the site's water park is well worthwhile for a swim. This pool area measures around 800 square metres in total and welcomes campers with a sports pool and a fun pool, which has extras such as a current channel and water slides. Guests also have access to an indoor pool so that they can swim even in bad weather. In addition to the pool, there is also an extensive wellness area. Visitors are guaranteed to relax in the sauna, steam bath or whirlpool. So that parents can relax without a care in the world, the children are in the best of hands with the entertainment team. The Club-enfant is divided into three age groups and is open to all children from 18 months to 16 years. A particular highlight for youngsters who want to spend an action-packed holiday is the large paintball facility and the soundproof discotheque, where big parties are held. With so many activities, campers naturally also need a good snack. Self-catering campers can go shopping directly on the campsite. Alternatively, the Bergerie Beach and Rotisserie snack bars and La Bergerie restaurant offer French culinary delights.
The Côte d'Azur is known worldwide for top-class Mediterranean holidays and is also the region in which Camping Domaine de la Bergerie is located. The campsite is only around 10 kilometres from the nearest sandy beach, which can also be reached by public bus. For day trips, we recommend visiting the exciting towns along the coast. Whether Cannes, Monaco, Nice or Saint-Tropez: all of these urban legends are only around an hour away from the campsite. Those who prefer to stay close to the campsite will find a variety of golf courses and wineries in the immediate vicinity. These nearby places are particularly easy to reach on foot on a hike through the enchanting nature of Provence.
