Camping Domaine de Champé

A very beautiful and idyllic campsite that is rather quiet. We had a very nice and spacious pitch with plenty of shade from the trees, truly wonderful! The pool area was very clean, but access is only for swimming. So, relaxing with a drink on a lounger by the pool is not possible. Electric hookups and fresh water are about three parcels away, so not available directly at every pitch. With a 25m extension cable, this was not a problem, but we found it strange for a 5-star site. No shopping options on site. The restaurant is rather upscale and not necessarily suitable for all children. The snack bar is great, but sometimes quite expensive. The bathrooms and toilets were okay for us, average standard, not really worthy of 5 stars. Washing machines and dryers were available for free, really great! We had a wonderful stay!

Cons

No supplies, no bread, not even a bottle of water for sale, that's really unacceptable, and there's not even a mention of it on the website... Pitch/Rental Accommodation: Supply of the essentials - Complete failure.

This campsite is of high quality - welcoming staff, catering team, and maintenance of green areas are all excellent. We were on a pitch with private sanitation, which was also of high quality. A truly beautiful establishment.undefinedLocation/Accommodation: Excellent performance.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful setting! The staff were very welcoming, the pool and wellness services were excellent. It was a true moment of relaxation, and we will gladly return. Location/Rental Accommodation: Spacious, calm site perfectly suited for vans and motorhomes.

Wifi, it was largely absent. Number of toilets, 3 too few. No shop or bread. Swimming pool ladder is loose. Reception could improve. Little information. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Distance to power point is large.

There should be a wastewater disposal option at the pitches, at least centrally at the water points. The chemical toilet disposal does not meet 5-star standards. No information about possible activities (events, etc.) on the site. Pitch / Rental accommodation: Some pitches are exposed to the glaring sun due to a lack of trees and are very uneven.
