Camping Paradis Domaine de Bel Air

Pros

We absolutley loved our stay. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. There is so much for the children to do here, they won't get bored. We loved the waterside and the walk around the lake was beautiful.The burgers were unbelievably good. We will definitely be back. Pitch/rental accommodation: The pitch was much larger than we expected and the table and chairs was lovely, saved having to unpack all of our own.

I have nothing bad to say at all.

👍 The domain is well thought out for a family with children. The staff is very welcoming and always attentive. Location/Rental Accommodation: We chose the Taos, which is quiet and has no crowding, something that is very rare. Location/Rental Accommodation: I found that there was too little storage space and that accessing the dishes in the upper area is very complicated.

👋 The swimming pool was great, the camping spot was large, quiet campsite. Pitch/Accommodation: Large spot, peaceful, every spot has a tap which is handy. 👎 No idea! Pitch/Accommodation: No idea.

👍 The welcome was perfect! The entertainment was top-notch. The campsite is simply great! Location/Rental accommodation: Simple but effective. 👎 Perhaps there is just a lack of lighting on certain evenings in the paths to return to our accommodation after the themed evenings.

👍 Great play park for kids up to 12 years old Pitch/Rental accommodation: Very clean and complete. 👎 The swimming pool has no dining facilities.

👍 The park Location/Accommodation: The mattress 👎 Reception, activities, cleanliness, the indoor pool is closed for those over 18. Location/Accommodation: Uncovered terrace, few amenities, dirty dishes, rusty refrigerator.

👍 The comfort of the mobile home Location/Rental accommodation: We changed to a mobile home due to an injury. 👎 The activities for pre-teens are limited, and the indoor pool reserved for adults could be opened to a younger age since it separates families, which is not the purpose of a vacation!

👍 The animation was great, the animators were excellent, the welcoming was pleasant, and the staff was very quick in executing requests. Location/Rental Accommodation: The location and bathroom were nice. 👎 The dining options were disappointing; the food truck was closed during the season, and the restaurant was only open until 9 PM, which was not enough for a relaxing family meal. The grocery store was closed at noon and also on Mondays, which was often when we needed it most. The pool had rules for the large indoor pool, it was off-limits to those under 18 and unsupervised, leading young people to break the rules. Location/Rental Accommodation: The bedding was good, and the terrace could be covered, but in bad weather it was impossible to eat outside with four people.
