Yes, but with a small twist: directly on the site, you can access the water via a small entry point with ladders between the rocks. If you prefer a classic beach, there is a campsite-owned, approximately 50-metre-wide bathing bay just about 300 metres away.

The campsite is ideal for water lovers. There is a dedicated boat slip and a boat jetty with berths, so you can easily launch your boat. The location directly on the Sognefjord makes the site a real highlight for anglers and water hikers.

Prices vary depending on the season and the type of accommodation. You should plan for the following cost factors:

Motorhome travellers are well looked after: there is a complete disposal station including emptying of grey water tanks and chemical toilets. You also have access to Wi-Fi across the entire campsite and can use the covered cooking facility and washing machines.

There is a small kiosk directly on site for essentials. For larger purchases, a restaurant visit, or a quick snack, simply drive to the town about 5 kilometres away, where you will find supermarkets and restaurants.
