Worst Campsite in Greece - Camping Resembles a Junkyard
2
Sebastian
The campsite resembles more of a junkyard than a campsite. Many camper vans, presumably inhabited by homeless people. The sanitary facilities are not only old but also absolutely neglected and dirty. We used the shower and toilet in the caravan. The playground is mainly used as a litter box for cats and consists of two plastic playhouses. The connection to the city center via public transport is good and worked perfectly (about 1 hour travel time by bus and metro / 30 minutes by taxi for 25 euros).

The worst thing that ever happened to us. I better not describe the condition of the sanitary facilities here. The swimming pool is probably for the village. Condition not better. Old, poorly maintained and more than dirty. In addition, old caravans and mobiles that probably were inhabited by homeless people. We were glad to be self-sufficient. The ONLY reason to stay there for 1 night was the connection to Athens. Pictures here do not show the true condition.
