The best thing about this place is the unique location in a beautiful bay with small offshore islands and the lovely team around owners Hubert and Edith, who take exemplary care of the campers' well-being and create a family atmosphere. The pitches are generally spacious and the grassy areas are well kept. The sanitary facilities in 3 buildings were always very clean and well maintained during our previous 3 vacations here, in the low season. There is a discharge point for camper toilet cassettes under cover in each sanitary building. The reception is happy to take baguette orders for the next day. The path to the beach leads about 100m through the dunes to the water (at high tide). At low tide, several offshore islands are easily accessible on foot. We have already planned the next 2 vacations there.

The once uniquely beautiful location of this campsite always draws us back there. We were there for the 5th time this summer and will also be traveling there again next year. We also travel with a dog (unfortunately since July with only one) and there are really many dogs at the site, which doesn’t lead to any problems. We have been there for 3 weeks each time and it has never been too long for us - on the contrary.

A nature-friendly place to feel good

Directly behind the dunes begins the campsite. Great location. During low tide, you can explore the islands. There are many German campers and kite surfers at the site. Unfortunately, there is no football field or similar facilities for older children. The shower tokens are annoying.

A familiar atmosphere. Everything is perfect from the reception to the service. The reservation process is straightforward, you can choose your parking space, the facility is well-maintained, the sanitary facilities are cleaned multiple times a day, and the location in the dunes is unique! Anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable here is to blame! We keep coming back!

Beautiful here

Nice place without much subdivision. We traveled with a dog and I can understand the discontent of some comments here. Many do not pick up after their four-legged friends, especially right at the entrance of the dunes. Atmosphere at the place is very relaxed, many campers. I missed family showers, buckets for hygiene items in the toilets. The sanitary blocks were okay clean and a bit outdated, showers with coins (good for water usage). The surrounding area is stunningly beautiful, the beach with the tides is fantastic. A cultural program is offered, a small shop right in front of the campsite.

We were here for the second time. Again very beautiful. This time for a week. Reception very friendly and helpful. Sanitary facilities always clean. The only disturbances were the free-running dogs from camping guests on the campsite as well as some dog waste left on the way to the beach.
