Flat, generously landscaped meadow area with diverse tree population, divided by hedges. Adjacent to a large communal recreational area, home to the 90-hectare lake, Ludolac Aquapark, as well as leisure and supply facilities. Some of the pitches are gravelled or paved with lawn grid stones. Road within hearing distance.
