Camping de Santenay welcomes its holiday guests to the beautiful village of Santenay, which is known worldwide for its wines. The Santenay music and theatre festival takes place in July. The slightly hilly campsite area is characterised by its wonderfully green location. Numerous trees and hedges structure the campsite grounds. The vineyards of the region invite you to take beautiful walks, especially the wine route "Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne" is a popular excursion destination. The surrounding area is also ideal for extensive cycle tours. The EuroVelo6 cycle route runs alongside several rivers such as the Loire and the Saône.
Special offers
Guests of the campsite have free access to the adjacent municipal swimming pool. The pool is only open in July and August (closed on Mondays).

Access route
Continue to Santenay and then take the D113a towards Cheilly-les-Maranges. Turn right at the level crossing, and continue for about 600 m. Signposted.

👍 Quiet location, very friendly reception Pitch/Rental accommodation: Good size of the pitch, well-maintained facility 👎 Store/Bakery opens at 9 AM. 8 AM would be better. Otherwise, you have to drive into town to buy e.g. baguette.

Essential stop for cycle tourism
👏 excellent camping for cyclists, everything is designed for a good welcome with many services tailored to cyclists. Excellent meals. And let's not talk about the welcome, which must be described as perfect. Location/Rental accommodation: spots reserved for cyclists with a calm atmosphere.

44D The calm and shade as well as the pool Location/Rental accommodation: The shade of the location and tranquility. 44E The small problem of the cold shower which was resolved 2 days after our arrival.
