Greeted by the friendly helpful owner, who due to a lot of rain over the couple of days beforehand, let us camp on the hardstanding space next to an undercover shelter with electric and seating (being in 2 classic campervans). Told us where the nearest supermarket was and were generally very helpful. Facilities were clean. Pitch/rental accommodation: Liked that the owner didn't just park us up in a muddy spot.
