🤝 Beautiful campsite, nice for small children where there is a lot to do. Pitch/Accommodation: Great spot on the circular path of the campsite, the provided ground cover is very nice. 👎 The bathhouse (small) de Esch is a bit cramped for many campers and shops close as early as 8:00 PM, which is a b

The site is clean, has many different accommodation options, and great facilities for children; however, it is very influenced by locals. You can speak German at the reception, but you still feel quite alone on the site. Contact with other campers is difficult.

We are just the two of us and have rented a log tent. The site is located in nature and we could ride our bikes directly from the site into the woods. The swimming pool is already warm and can even be enclosed. It was really perfect for a short vacation. Next time, we will stay longer.

This comfortable campsite is located in the middle of the idyllic forests of Drenthe, which are particularly popular with nature lovers thanks to the many hiking trails and cycle routes. The child-friendly atmosphere makes Camping de Norgerberg ideal for a family holiday. At the same time, the site offers plenty of space, a peaceful ambience and a wellness area, so a relaxing holiday for two is also recommended.
Camping de Norgerberg is located around 2 kilometres from the small town of Norge and just under 33 kilometres from the city of Groningen. The extensive campsite covers a total area of 10 hectares and is situated on a flat meadow surrounded by woodland. Holidaymakers can choose from a total of 166 parceled-out pitches measuring between 100 and 140 square metres. Campers can choose between pitches sheltered by trees and open areas with plenty of sunshine. All pitches have an electricity connection, WLAN and a TV connection. The amenities also include a tennis court and a 17 metre long, covered swimming pool with a water slide if required. A recreation room with games provides entertainment in rainy weather. Guests can satisfy their hunger in the shop directly on site, in the snack bar and in the restaurant, where private events can also be organised on request. A small wellness area including a sauna ensures maximum relaxation. The sanitary facilities with separate launderette are stylishly designed with wooden and natural elements and there is a specially designed bathroom for children. Guests can also hire bicycles, e-bikes and kettcars at the campsite. Thanks to the spaciousness of the site, couples and families can enjoy a high degree of privacy and tranquillity.
The entrance to the Langeloërduinen nature trail is located directly opposite the campsite and is full of swings, climbing facilities and other discoveries for children. The nearby Fochteloërveen and Norgerholt nature reserves with their large oak forest landscape and raised bogs are great for exploring on foot. The best way to set off from the campsite by bike is on the Bachtäler cycle path, which leads through small villages and along rivers. Alternatively, a trip to nearby Groningen, a lively student city with the Grote Markt, which is worth seeing and lined with numerous cafés, is well worthwhile. A detour to the small village of Veenhuizen is also recommended. It is home to the nationally renowned prison museum.
