👍 The site and especially the facilities (sanitary building) were clean and always well maintained. The shop stocked all the necessary items, and the grill offered delicious meals along with really tasty ice cream. Pitch/Rental accommodation: The pitches were very spacious and well laid out. 👎 We had expected that at a campsite located by the Baltic Sea, there would also be opportunities to swim in the sea. Unfortunately, this was not the case, or only very limited, as the shores were overgrown with grass and reeds. This aspect should have been better highlighted in the description. For families with children, this is certainly compensated for by the heated swimming pool. Pitch/Rental accommodation: If possible, a "bathing island" (in whatever form) that can be accessed by the jetty and a bit further in the water would be a great addition.

We had a very nice RV parking spot right by the fjord, believe it's number 23. But that was also the best part about this campsite. Very long distances to waste disposal, whether it's trash, gray water, etc. Reception not staffed between 12:00-14:00, on Sunday only from 8:00-12:00. The online booking price of 288 Danish kroner is still acceptable, but the overall service is not. Unfortunately, for us, this was the first and last visit.

We spent our summer 2022 here. The site is nicely laid out. What I liked best was the cleaning of the service building. I saw the cleaning staff several times a day. Even at 11:00 PM. That was top-notch. What wasn't so good, as my previous reviewer also mentioned, was that there are no changing facilities for the pool. This was especially very annoying with small children! You also can't swim well at the beach. However, 3 km away is one of the best beaches in Denmark. Staff was okay. Sometimes unfriendly, sometimes nice. Location top, toilets top.

Reception rarely staffed. Significant delays and chaos during check-in. A permanent resident had to open the barrier for me. The site manager was not 'visible' until the day after the next. Receipt for payment is only provided after multiple inquiries. No explanations about where exactly one can park, where the showers are, or the washing machine, trash, electricity, etc. Nothing. As a lonely tourist, you have to rely on the grumpy and sometimes strangely behaving long-term campers present on the site and hope for their advice. I had the great luck that my neighbor left for work early in the morning at 5:30 and had to let his van run, including early morning sounds from the car radio. No eye contact, no response to a "Good day". I can relate to the previous reviews; as a guest, you simply do not feel welcome. While grilling with wood, there was an immediate request to use charcoal, like all the other long-term campers do. The tone was very unfriendly and annoyed from the older gentleman in the service staff. The cleaning lady sighed in frustration because people make so much dirt. Great feeling to have someone honestly share their views with me. The pool was nice and somewhat heated. Unfortunately, it was constantly overcrowded and no one ensured even a little order. No service staff in sight. While swimming, children and adults jump off the edge without consideration. After 15 minutes, I had enough of the highly praised pool. No changing facilities. No benches inside. 10 seconds of showering allowed for the pool. I took a little longer, and soon the older lady was there reminding me of the info sign "10 sec Shower for Pool". Waste separation was of no interest to the service staff. Everything goes into the overflowing bins. A 5-minute walk to get there. The online presence with many smiling faces and a beautiful 'happy world' image did not convince on-site. But even for this experience, thank you, and maybe in the coming years, there will be a more motivated site manager who understands order better. My conclusion: Chaotic, unfriendly, and poor value for money.
