The setting, the greenery, the calm. Location/Accommodation: The calm and the trees for shade.

The reception upon arrival was very average. The person showing us our spot did not know the boundaries of the pitch, making it impossible to book another spot due to too many clients at reception. It's a shame because some spots are very nice and our stay could have been extended by several days. The Accis card was refused because the booking was made on the camping's online site!!!! That was the response at reception. There was an issue with hot water, especially in the afternoon over 2 days = water consumption. It's a shame because the campsite was far from full; we were disappointed with our first visit. Location/Accommodation: No separations between the pitches.

The toilets/shower blocks were not as clean as would expect. Pitch/rental accommodation: We were very disappointed we were given a pitch on a big slope and very close to other people, we thought this wasn’t necessary because the site was not busy. We walked around and saw numerous pitches which were flat and obviously unattended. A little more thought would have been appreciated. We also were next to other people who partied until gone midnight, we could have rung the emergency number but they were obviously drinking alcohol and we didn’t want any problems . When i booked I did say it was our wedding anniversary it wasn’t a good experience.

The entire site deserves 5 stars. However, the sanitary facilities do not live up to this rating. The toilets and shower stalls are in poor condition. Loose faucets and exposed pipes are evident. Cleaning appears to take place only once a day, which is why the toilets and showers are dirty in the morning. Personally, I always compare a 5-star site with my favorite campsite in Kühlungsborn. The site is comparable, but in terms of sanitary facilities, I would give it only a poor 2.

We really liked the well-kept site with plenty of space between the mobile homes. The accommodation was clean, and great attention was paid to cleanliness.

Unfortunately, there was no restaurant, and the bar's opening hours were also quite limited.
