Heavenly Peace in Great Nature

We spent five days here with the camper van, taking bike trips and hiking tours. There are large pitches on flat meadow land, partly under tall trees. It is only 20 meters to the Tarn, and you can enjoy the cool breeze and fresh water. The sanitary facilities are simple but clean and well-maintained. The drinking water is of great quality, and the price-performance ratio for an overnight stay including electricity at 17.80 Euros is very good. The campsite is run by a friendly family. We had a great time relaxing and would love to come back.

Beautifully located campsite by the banks of the Tarn River, where one can bathe and swim wonderfully. The previous review seems to be about a different site. The two sanitary facilities are not housed in barns, but are independent buildings. They are cleaned daily. You can order baguettes and croissants at the reception the day before. Once a week, a food truck with hamburgers, which taste good, comes around. The fries are rather less so. There is always a delightful tranquility. The campsite is a very good starting point to explore the beautiful landscapes, the Causse, and the Gorges du Tarn. Leaving hurts!

Quiet, idyllic location right by the lake

After a ten-day tour of France, this was the last place before we set off on our journey back to Germany. The welcome at the site was fantastic. When the staff member realized that we were not quite proficient in his French, he immediately switched to fluent English and explained to us where we could find what on the site and in the surroundings. He even accompanied us on foot all the way to our pitch in the first row right by the lake and gave us many more tips and information. The reception and sanitary facilities are housed in a converted barn and are very clean.
