Camping le Deffay in the French municipality of Sainte-Reine-de-Bretagne is located on a small lake in the idyllic countryside of the Pays de la Loire region near the La Grande Brière nature park. The lake is ideal for fishing and boat hire is available. Swim in the outdoor pool with paddling pool. Children can also enjoy a great playground. There is a golf course 5 kilometres away. The beautiful countryside is ideal for hiking and there is a range of sports facilities including tennis, table tennis and fitness equipment. Catering is provided by a restaurant, snack bar and grocery shop, while the nearest supermarket is only 7 km away.
A tranquil site characterized by high tree cover, situated beautifully by the lake.

Slightly sloping grassy terrain with old deciduous trees by a small lake. Some pitches are leveled, some are terraced and divided by high hedges. Located in a park near Chateau Deffay, with outdoor pool, grocery store, and restaurant. On the edge of the 'La Grande Brière' nature park.

Chalet Rental
👎 the setting and the welcome Location/Rental accommodation: the view of the lake 👎 the value for money of the chalet: no sheets provided, or disposable ones at 9€ per person, no desire to sleep in "plastic". The bathroom floor was rotten, fortunately the lino prevented us from falling through...… More

Wedding Weekend
👎 We were there for a wedding so we did not take advantage of the camping services, except for the pool which was open late. Site/Rental accommodation: Free choice of site 👎 Very restricted check-in times, which made us miss the wedding meal.

Disappointed
👎 The decor Location/Rental accommodation: The decor 👎 The mobile home is in very poor condition, the curtain rods fall down, no hot water, and nothing—no toilet paper or hand washing products. For a 4-star campsite, I find that it's not great.
