Great campsite, unfortunately not very clean.
We were at the campsite for about 1 week at the end of August. The sanitary facilities were not very clean. They weren't even cleaned on the weekend we arrived. Nice place with a lift up
08/2020 during the Corona time, Pool area great, very large space, very nice plots. Beach accessible from the site but with gravel - water drops very steeply with strong currents, food at the take-away very delicious and affordable for French standards. Everything great with room for improvement.
We have been going to Cala-Gogo more or less regularly for 20 years. Something new is renovated every season, and the place is now back in decent condition - only the sanitary facilities need modernization. Cala NOGO
No changes on the site for 35 years. Sanitary facilities are a disgrace. No cleaning staff in sight. Anyone who doesn't speak French here is at a disadvantage. Even English is not spoken here. I cannot understand the official evaluation!

Camping Cala Gogo on the French Mediterranean coast is located right on the beach. An extraordinary pool area invites you to cool off. During the summer months, the Kids Cala Club delights the youngest guests with a varied entertainment programme. The campsite also offers an excellent sports programme, ranging from tennis and basketball to beach volleyball. The evening entertainment programme includes live music.
Family-friendly Camping Cala Gogo with a spacious pool area
The family-friendly Camping Cala Gogo is located around 2 km from Saint-Cyprien-Plage near the Spanish border on the French Mediterranean coast. The tent pitches in various sizes are equipped with an electricity connection, while the caravan and mobile home pitches also have a water connection. The 12-hectare, flat site offers a total of 353 pitches as well as various types of rental accommodation - from glamping tents to bungalows. There is a supermarket to provide food and everyday necessities. A wellness and relaxation area opens in summer, where holidaymakers can be pampered with massages and osteopathic treatments. There is also a hairdresser on site. The 600 m² pool area offers several swimming pools, one of which is even heated. Sports enthusiasts can swim their laps here, while those seeking peace and quiet can retreat to the relaxation pool. The little ones love the paddling pool, which is also heated, with water toys and a slide. Regular fitness training sessions are held by the pool in the mornings during the high season. Sporty guests enjoy using the beach volleyball and football pitch. The Kid's Cala Club for children aged six to 12 is a fun place to be. Dedicated entertainers organise trampolining, sports tournaments and creative workshops during the high season. The campsite also has a large playground with slides, swings and a bouncy castle.

They can take you along the fascinating coastline or into the 160-hectare nature reserve of Mas Larrieu. The lively holiday resort of Saint-Cyprien offers an attractive excursion destination with the Jardin des Plantes Capellanes. A stroll through the botanical garden reveals many species of palm trees and centuries-old trees. The 5-hectare area is best explored on foot during a hike. If you are interested in culture, it is worth travelling 21 km from Camping Cala Gogo to Perpignan. One of the most famous buildings is the Palace of the Kings of Mallorca with its stylish gardens. Visitors can admire numerous Gothic palaces in the historic centre on a tour of the city.
