Häppy Life - Mosel Camping Burgen

It's surprising that with an early arrival at 12:00 noon, a charge of 10 euros is already applicable. The daily electricity fee of 5 euros is also quite steep. If someone has an air conditioner in their camper, an additional flat rate of 5 euros is required. For 2 nights including electricity, a charge of 89 euros is not reasonable for this campsite and is far too expensive. The size of the pitches is quite small, and in our case, we were parked one behind the other. We then immediately signed up for the schnitzel night. The fried potatoes from the packet were crispy but totally over-seasoned, and the schnitzels were not freshly prepared, rather they were frozen products. The campsite's website advertises delicious home-made schnitzels, which we cannot fathom. All of this for 18 euros, including self-service. I would also rate this as overpriced. The beach bar with its loud boombox is not inviting.

He only cares about money, everything is dirty. The toilets are cleaned at most once a day, the showers are full of spiders and mold, the children's playground is disgusting and in a terrible condition. Mini golf costs €2 online because it is so broken. You can only pay by card. He only thinks about himself and the money, and the pool is filthy with a broken and moldy floor, gross. This was the last time at this campsite. Everything is packed in too tight. I am so disappointed and the grass is anything but green.

We were there and are completely disappointed; nothing we found matched the pictures and description. The property is not well-maintained, dirty, and is not kept clean. The staff, well, let’s just say it was lacking in humanity. The site was completely overbooked, with the booking confirmation and then a price difference of 100 € upon arrival because you pay more if there is air conditioning, even if you don't use it.

Modern reception with very nice staff. Zoe welcomed us warmly. The sanitary facilities were clean, the weather also cooperated in the sunny Untermosel and our pitch was right by the Moselle. The Bischofstein castle opposite was beautifully illuminated and we did a lot of hiking. The trout hiking trail was one of the highlights for our children, alongside the playground and mini-golf.

A very good location by the Moselle, with excursion opportunities nearby and various offerings available in the evenings.

Superbly situated. Top-notch service. Spot right by the Mosel. Very friendly staff. Just go, check in and enjoy your holiday. Keep up the great work!

A very beautiful, quiet campsite located directly by the Moselle, with peaceful pitches. The sanitary facilities were always clean and were cleaned in the mornings and evenings. Our highlight was the wine bar, where we enjoyed delicious Moselle wine and also took some home with us.

The place is completely overcrowded down to the last corner, too few sanitary facilities for the number of people, overall too expensive, everything must be paid for separately, not clean, the pool water was cloudy with debris on the bottom, many guests wanted to leave on the first day already, all in all not recommended.
