Campsite right in the ski area, Wilder Kaiser. From the campsite, there is a ski lift that goes up a bit on the mountain, so that you are not dependent on the ski bus, but can slide over to the Brixental Bahn with your skis. The site itself is very cramped and unusually expensive. 1 kWh of electricity costs €1.50 and per person, about €22 per night is due in high season. This consists of €18.90 campsite fees and €3.50 tourist tax. Unfortunately, there is no gas service at the site, so you have to buy gas bottles at the front for the price of €50 per eleven-kilo steel bottle. The bathrooms are undersized for the high season. When the ski day ends, waiting is required. Additionally, you have to pay an extra euro for showering. The site is mostly in the shade of the mountains, so even on sunny days, little sun reaches the vehicle. The place is cramped and there are children.

We arrived in the afternoon, wanted to book a spot for a night; no price list that I could see at first glance, I answered the usual questions about the number of people, etc. Very quickly, the bill was presented to me. I had to pay 51.70 € without electricity! Also, the shower the next morning had to be paid with one euro (hidden at arrival! The shower, and this is where my anger peaked, remained cold despite payment. When I complained about this upon departure, it was said nonchalantly that this "disruption" was regretted.

We were there in winter. The lighting on the paths between the roads was off. Unfortunately, the ground plates are being pushed up by the roots of the surrounding trees, resulting in uneven heights. When asked to turn on the lights, we were unfriendly reminded that it wasn't worth it since there were too few guests. If that doesn't work, you are welcome to leave. The place is also getting more expensive, but nothing is being done for it. The Wi-Fi is a disaster and you hardly dare to approach the reception, as there is a shepherd dog roaming freely there.

The pitches for travelers are at the end of the campsite. The campsite is characterized by permanent campers, the sanitary buildings are okay and showering costs 1 euro, which was enough time. The playground is spacious and nicely designed. The bread roll service works well with online pre-ordering. The pitch where we stood was a bit wet and muddy, which may have been due to the rain of the past few days.

Even though about 80% of the area is occupied by seasonal campers, the site is very nice for short-term holidaymakers and is generous and open due to its edge location. Sanitary facilities are clean, but the lighting in the toilet area could be a bit more. The campsite restaurant is good, you can enjoy delicious food without having to walk far. Great thing about Tyrol is that with a guest card, you can travel for free on public transport, and Brixen train station is only about a 10-minute walk away. There is also a very good connection by bike to Kitzbühel or towards Hopfgarten. Nearby there is a nice outdoor pool with a small lake. Great hiking area.

Very friendly reception, nice well-maintained grass area for tourist spots for RVs, good camping restaurant with friendly service. In the washing facilities, some water taps needed to be repaired.

Clean sanitary facilities, small ski lift with floodlight directly on the site - super. Good ski bus connections. Very extensive, varied skiing area. Very friendly, helpful staff. Note: the motorhome pitches should be parcelled/numbered. We wholeheartedly recommend the site and will return.

Generally well-managed facility, decent service offerings, nice staff, many long-term campers, good connection to the ski area. Unfortunately, the toilets are poorly maintained or inadequately lit, especially during the day........and no longer modern. A sauna would be nice.......
