Camping Bonporteau

Well-kept, quiet place with a beautiful pool. A small cove is within walking distance. Great for us: No hustle and bustle on the site. Shopping opportunities can be found nearby and the nice town of Cavalaire is a bike ride away. The sanitary facilities are basic but very clean. You should not be afraid to drive to some of the sites located on the hillside. The owner is very helpful and is personally on duty even during a summer heavy rain.

I have been here with the family 5 times already, everything fits, good sanitary facilities, nice pool and a dream bay/beach in a 5-minute walk.

Thanks to the reservation, a pitch with water/wastewater connection was secured. We were received very kindly, got all the necessary information, and nothing stood in the way of a dream vacation. The comfort pitches unfortunately do not have a sea view, but thanks to the abundant planting, one felt like being in a park. The water connection can only be used with one's own hose, which is a bit of an adjustment. The sanitary facilities are simple, very clean, and heated during cooler weather. We did not use the restaurant, but the take-away pizza was excellent. About 800 m from the campsite, there is a large Carrefour supermarket and right next to it an organic supermarket. Only a little further away are countless small and fine shops in the charming city center. From there, one reaches a beautiful beach promenade and harbor area with countless restaurants. We felt so comfortable that we will come back next year as well. Cheers and good luck.

Very beautiful and relatively quiet location. Quite shady due to the pines, suitable for campers/vans and caravans. Large motorhomes may face space issues. Attentive staff, clean sanitary facilities (toilets unfortunately without seat). Dogs are allowed on the campsite, but neither in the pool (of course) nor on the beach (which is a pity).

We really enjoyed it because everything was just perfect! I have never experienced such a wonderful atmosphere at any campsite, as the staff creates here. Whether at the restaurant/pool bar, with the cleaning staff, or at the reception - it is truly impressive how much passion and enjoyment they display during the high season amidst much stress and heat. Our tent pitch had a dreamlike view. The pool was supervised all day and is ideal for families. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes via a steep access path. The restaurant was delicious. And did I already mention that the staff was extremely helpful? ;-) Thank you, Bonporteau, that was an incredibly fantastic vacation!

Familiar, service-oriented, very nice place. I wouldn't have needed the mixed Sanis, but that only slightly marred the overall impression.

Very family-friendly, great swimming pool, close to the city, and friendly staff.

The campsite is beautifully situated, the plots are large enough, it has a great pool area, especially for children, and it is only a 5-minute walk from the sea. The only complaint we have: no toilet seats and no urinals present.
