The direct location to the A2 is ideal for an overnight stop to or from Berlin. Unfortunately, there were no rolls for us because we were not on time for the pre-order on site. There was also nothing to eat in the restaurant because the entire staff called in sick. Unfortunate because there is no alternative in sight.

Unfortunately, only cash payment is possible. The proximity to the highway is great, but you can also hear it in the background. The food in the restaurant was only mediocre, and on top of that, it says shop. However, we did not find a shop. The toilets were just so-so, I would say. If at least someone would remove the cobwebs from the outside of the toilet building, that would be a start. Unfortunately, we had neighbors without empathy and consideration during our stay, so the music was thumping all night long from every corner. All in all, it wasn't a stay worth it. There was no sign of relaxation, that’s for sure. With a present and attentive groundskeeper, there could certainly be some improvements. There was no sign of nighttime quiet. Also, the neglected permanent pitches right by the main path are not exactly a showcase for the site. So, if someone wants to really hang out and turn the music up loud enough to broadcast to half the earth... this site is no problem. For party animals, a wonderful place. Not recommended for families or for passing through.

The location itself is well situated. The proximity to the highway is great, but you can hear it a bit. The sizes of the plots are completely sufficient. However, the sanitary facilities should be renovated.

The lake access is quite narrow and seems to be sandy. It is the only access to the bathing lake, which is also used by outside bathers for swimming and paddling. The meadow in front is densely filled with caravans, motorhomes, and tents, almost up to the waterfront. There were no more than 4 meters between the table and chair of the 1st row to the artificially created beach. We found no indications regarding water quality. In the main sanitary building for women, there were exactly 2 showers. Hot water costs 1 € for 7 minutes, and you have to change coins. The machine is located outside. If you need more hot water, you have to leave the cabin to get another token. The building itself smelled bad, and the toilets were unclean. There are individual washrooms with toilets and a minimalist mirror. Standard toilet paper was available. A cleaning lady was not encountered. Due to mobility issues, one was very kindly assigned a spot close to the sanitary building. However, setting up an awning was not possible here. 81 € for 3 overnight stays for 2 people and 3 dogs had to be paid in full and in advance. Card payment is NOT accepted. If we had known this beforehand and it was indicated on the homepage, we wouldn't have even driven to the site. Traveling with a lot of cash in luggage or hopping from ATM to ATM is not our thing. A friendly service was the evening rounds by a lady taking orders for rolls for the next day. 2 rolls, 2 croissants, and a roll topped with cheese cost 4.95 € cash. They said card readers are too expensive. They don't want to invest 5 € per booking. There would then be complaints again that prices had to be increased. The order, paid in cash, can be picked up the next morning starting at 8:00 AM. Finished bags with names are ready. For washing dishes, there was 1 option with hot water. The two outdoor options had only cold water. At 9:30 AM the next morning, construction/landscaping work began at the site, reaching about 100 decibels. After 1.5 hours of continuous noise, we packed up together and were able to return shower tokens. There was no refund from the prepaid amount. Maintenance work had to be done after all. Music and intoxicated individuals in the sanitary building continued their usual jovial entertainment well past midnight. The restaurant gave a good 3* impression. We had currywurst with fries. Delicious! With a reasonable price and average, decent, clean atmosphere. Whenever we deviated from the ADAC Camping Guide, we stumbled, as here as well. We consider 3* very daring compared to the ADAC rating. 2* expresses it better. The lake cannot be walked around directly. Houses with private property stand by the lake. Everything is fenced off. With dogs, you can walk them on a leash along the street. Finding dog waste bags is in vain. We did not mistake ourselves with any other site! Criticism seems to be seen as an attack and not as a path to solutions. We will not return.

Restaurant closed during the winter months. Access to the places by the lake in a dilapidated condition. Parking spaces by the lake are very nice. Very accommodating groundskeeper.

The adjacent highway and the nearby airport are noisy, sanitary facilities are average. Overall a somewhat less cared for place. Plots are great with electricity and drainage.
