Paradies-Camping Wolfgangsee

Used as an overnight camping site. Beautiful campground with nice, clean facilities. A road runs through the middle of the campground. On the lakeside are the more expensive sites and on the other side are the discounted sites. These discounted sites are located between 2 roads, one of which is a busy thoroughfare that creates noise pollution. If it rains a lot, the grass gets boggy. In the mornings, rolls are available. Unfortunately, they were tough, old, and far too expensive. We also received different rolls than we had ordered… They seemed like they had been left in the drawer from yesterday. We only noticed this when we had already begun our journey back. Wifi is poor. The village of St. Gilgen looks very cozy. Lots of restaurants. We enjoyed a nice meal in a traditional restaurant there. We will definitely visit this campground again in sunny weather and for several days. We'll get rolls from the real baker!!!

A nicely located site, very friendly reception. Dogs must be registered in advance, but if registered, there is no problem. Unfortunately, in bad weather there are no food options in the vicinity as the inn next door only serves pets outdoors. Otherwise, very clean sanitary facilities, digital shower system with daily credits. The site could be a little better lit at night.

The site is super beautiful. Very well maintained. The location right by the lake is perfect. We had a pitch at the back. Nice and big and quiet. The sanitary facilities are very modern and clean. Of course, it also depends on the guests whether the sanitary facilities are kept clean all day. There is an organic store nearby. Here you can find everything your heart desires. The Weissenbacher family is very nice. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The area is perfect for cycling excursions.

Really a beautiful campsite with great, clean sanitary facilities. The only thing that really bothers is the many, sometimes barking dogs throughout the place.

A very nicely located campsite with sufficiently large pitches. Super location with a dreamlike view of the mountains. The lake is wonderful for swimming and for water sports enthusiasts. The only downside is the insufficient number of sanitary facilities as well as washing machines and dryers. The number is too low for the guests (full occupancy). But the site is definitely recommended.

We were there for 10 days, my husband and children were thrilled. The sanitation was always clean, the staff friendly, our plot was sufficient for our caravan along with the car, and the lake is simply fantastic.

We spent more than two weeks at the Paradise Camping Birkenstrand and were very impressed. The friendliness of the operators is inviting, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is impeccable, and the site is thoughtfully divided with its direct access to the lake. And all of this in an environment that couldn't be more beautiful. The extensive network of cycling paths also convinced us greatly.

We stood on the lakeside for 14 days. The entire site is very well-kept!!! The small new sanitary facility was super clean. The site is separated by a road. On the other side, there is also a sanitary facility and a small playground. If you want to hike or cycle, this is the right place for you 929.
