Camping Benisol

Everything was great. 5 stars for this excellent park.

Our stay was quite disappointing for the price we paid: around 100 € for two nights. The pitch was fine, although we saw some cockroaches in the camping. The bathrooms were clean, but the shower situation seems embarrassing to me. After paying 100 € for two nights, I believe that showering should be included. You have to pay separately with a wristband, the tokens were empty, and besides, no one explains how it works properly. My partner didn't even shower, and I only did it for two minutes, so I find it unfair to be charged separately and, furthermore, I think I was overcharged. The pool also wasn't a good experience. You're not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside, but the bar hardly had anything. Additionally, we saw other people consuming outside products without anyone saying anything to them. I complained but received no solution. 0 trash cans in the camping.

Very good, I would improve the dog area and the pipican, and I would introduce another system with the wristband to allow enjoying the porteries, just like the one-hour daily time for the showers, which is great.

This year, the animation was really disappointing, and the bar prices were sky-high. I only liked the animator Jesús, who was very good and kind to people. The other animator, however, I didn’t like at all; she must certainly be a friend or relative of the management, because instead of animating, it seemed like she was on vacation.

The staff is welcoming and the facilities for children are very appreciated. However, the cleanliness upon our arrival was truly disappointing: we found razor blades in the shower and the floor was very dirty, which forced us to clean it ourselves. Despite reporting this at the reception, we felt we were not taken seriously. Another point for improvement is that electricity is charged beyond a quota, but this information is not sufficiently clear before making a reservation. Ultimately, despite some positive aspects, the services do not, in our opinion, match those of a 4-star campsite.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is not recommended; my meal was okay, also regarding the portion size. My husband had spaghetti bolognese, and the portion would perhaps be fine for a child, but not for an adult. And the service just shrugged and said rudely that’s how it is.

Limited dimensions for an ACSI electricity normally included in ACSI, charging extra for the 4 kWh supposedly consumed while my consumption could not exceed 4 kWh. Your meters are not calibrated, this is a scam, this is how the campsite compensates on the ACSI rate.

I loved it! The rest of the questionnaire is in German, very strange.
