I am very disappointed with this campsite. I can understand that with the ADAC camping card you are placed in the last corner where the restrooms are in such poor condition that the mirror there can no longer be considered a mirror. The next morning, I was brazenly lied to when they told me that from the 32 euros I was supposed to pay, the 25% ADAC discount had already been deducted. Which is not true; according to ADAC, 25% is deducted from those 32 euros, so I should have paid 24 euros. I find this to be a rip-off. By the way, I have never left a bad review before, but this place deserves it.

Directions as described by Wasserratte. First, get off the highway in Montecatini and not in Pistoia, because then you have to handle a really tight curve in Ponte di Serravalle. Great campsite. Dreamy ambiance with great panoramic views! Pretty reception building in Tuscan style. Family-run with super service! Restaurant is recommended, offering wood-fired pizza. Spaces for every preference, in the front area with private bathing houses (€7/day). Pretty mountain village Montecatini Alto is reachable on foot. Vinci + Anchiano (Leonardo), Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, and Florence are definitely worth a trip. We will gladly come back!
