The peaceful Camping Paradis Bellerive campsite is nestled on the banks of the River Gardon in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The pitches are spread out in the shade of spreading acacia trees. Cosy bungalows can be rented next to them. On the riverbank, children can have fun in the large playground or play in the water. Canoes and stand-up paddle boards can be used directly in front of the campsite for a trip on the river. In the hinterland is the medieval town of Montfrin with its castle. Unclean nature campsite with difficult access

If you ignore the directions of the GPS and eventually reach the hidden spot, you drive through a gate to the log cabin which serves as the reception. Friendly reception, but they do not speak German. Many rental huts, pitches under trees in the back by a small swimming lake. Electricity available, no water or drainage, SAT reception partially possible. Paths and pitches are sometimes muddy. 1 sanitary building from the 60s for mixed women/men. Toilets without seats, no toilet paper, showers dirty and grimy, sinks in a row with only cold water. At the entrance of the site, there is a tent where you can get some food and drinks. Bakery 5 minutes away in the village. We will not return, everything is too dirty.
