Camping without much fuss, relaxed atmosphere by the lakeside, peace and relaxation are definitely guaranteed. Even when the evenings go late, no one will be intrusive!!! Friendly reception and always open to finding a solution!!!! The owner "Jan" is always helpful!!!!!!

It is a very large, wooded area with plenty of room for individual camping without parceling. It is run by very friendly operators. The aging sanitary facilities are kept very clean. Everything is quite simple and basic. Those who do not need frills and seek peace at a natural campsite will find it here. There are sunny and shady spots, a nice beer garden, and a small lake, as well as beautiful bike paths to explore the area. The operators strive to keep the large site in order and improve it. The grass is mowed, and wilted bushes have been removed. Only old, completely rusty parts, for example at the playground or old barbecue area, should maybe just be removed. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time here. We will return.

Anyone looking to experience authentic DDR feeling again is exactly at the right place – including adventurous access, missing water posts, and too few power connections. The site has enormous potential, but unfortunately, it remains at the 'could, should, would'. Those seeking comfort should keep driving. For those seeking adventure – welcome to the Retro Camp!

Anyone looking for peace and quiet is exactly right here, a very natural place. The sanitary facilities are old but clean, and everything was good at the reception, nice people, and finally a reasonably priced campsite.

The sanitary facilities have been renovated and it's really quiet at night. During the day, bathers stand at the entrance, but they just park and go to the lake.

Anyone who wants to camp without much frills is in the right place. We always feel comfortable here and come gladly. The owner is a very ironic man, with whom you have a lot of fun if you understand his humor. The permanent campers are mostly open-minded. From here, one can make a lot of excursions. The lake that belongs to the campsite is great. There is a snack bar that is open in nice weather and is then frequented by many cyclists.

The campsite is located in a very quiet area. Spacious grounds with a bit of 'East German flair' by a lake. You can still rent bungalows from that era. From there, you can take tours to Jena, Weimar, etc. Wonderful bike paths. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are very outdated, but clean. It's worth a detour to visit.
