We only stopped over for one night, and although the restaurant and water activities were closed, this did not bother us, as the town Gruissan has lots of restaurants and was very nice to explore. The bathrooms were very clean and the pitches are large. Probably we won't stay for a summer holiday, but it was great value for money for an overnight stop.
