On the Île de la Barthelasse, the Camping Bagatelle campsite is surrounded by dense deciduous trees. From some spots, you have a direct view of the Palais des Papes and the ruins of the old Pont Saint-Bénézet bridge in Avignon. The centre of the old town is very close to the bridge. The pitches for motorhomes are largely separated by dense hedges. The pitches are spread over two levels on the site. Everything is catered for on the lively site: a hotel with a restaurant is connected to the site and caters for guests' physical well-being. Guests can also have fun playing pinball in the amusement arcade and a small shop stocks groceries.

Ideal for city sightseeing. Restaurant completely okay with friendly service. Otherwise, no recommendation. Sanitary facilities are below par. To be demolished and done well. Size of the space, well. The proximity to the city is very good. Restaurant is okay, shop too. Staff is friendly. Otherwise, this place is not recommended. Sanitary facilities from the middle of the last century.
