I have now been to your site in Bad Gandersheim for the third time. It’s a shame that my review cannot be better. The campsite itself is very beautiful and would be excellent if it were better maintained. The staff member with the too-small lawnmower works very hard to keep the grass somewhat under control and is still always friendly. When larger groups have registered, it becomes nearly impossible to decide where to put the garbage. In the sanitary building, several faucets in the shower stalls do not work, and those that do only produce scalding hot water. It gives the impression that they want to make the most profit with minimal investment. Invest in organization and staff so that the campsite can become as beautifully wonderful as it used to be! We will take another look next year!

Unfortunately, the pitches were not mowed; everything appeared neglected and unkempt! Many things in the shower/sanitary areas were defective (at times no water for the sink, at times no ventilation)! The water pressure and temperature in the washing areas were abysmal; when two taps were opened, the others had no pressure and no temperature anymore! It is unacceptable not to provide working Wi-Fi; the supposedly affordable providers did not work! It is incomprehensible how this site could receive the good rating plaques in such a condition. The only positive aspect was that there were more toilets available than last year, reducing waiting times. The staff were very friendly but could not help with the above-mentioned issues either; what a shame 🤦♂️
