We were at the beautiful and lovingly designed site during the pre-season for 2 days, which was only occupied by 4-5 vehicles. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and the showers/toilets were not really heated, which was unfortunately too cold for my two girls. A lack of a hairdryer made it worse. Otherwise, I can confirm the previous reviews. The site is beautifully situated in the mountains, very quiet and nicely designed. In nice weather, you can really relax here or put on your hiking boots. But even the bad weather had its charm in the surrounding area. The operators were very friendly and pleasant. The sanitary building is simply designed but was clean at all times during our visit. We will certainly pay this site another visit.

Dear Sir or Madam, We returned a few days ago from our motorhome holiday in France, during which we relied on your proven camping guide for the selection of campgrounds. For instance, we spent several days at the "Camping Ascou la Forge", listed under PY 298, near Ax-les-Thermes. A beautiful, peaceful place, very well-kept, and unusually lovingly designed. We have seldom felt as comfortable as we did at this site. The extremely friendly and pleasant support provided by the Dutch couple managing the site, who always offered a complete "around-the-clock service", also contributed to this feeling. We will definitely spend a few more days here for relaxation and can only recommend this site for anyone seeking peace – it doesn't get much better than this. One small thing caught our attention: The high-voltage line mentioned in your description does not exist; perhaps it was present at some point in the past, but it is definitely no longer there now. It would be a shame if this erroneous entry led travelers to decide against staying at this site, so I propose that it be changed accordingly. I would appreciate a brief feedback.
