Been here for several years. Unfortunately, the reception staff, especially the new one, are very uncooperative and unfriendly. Furthermore, it has always been a very quiet place, as there were mostly athletes with their families here. Very international from all over the world. This year, the campsite resembles a Dutch village, very sad. No longer quiet. In contrast, the Dutch area is like a zoo, and this year almost without Dutch people. The supermarket is 100 percent overpriced and has no selection anymore. Very unfortunate. The old owner knew what was needed and was well-stocked. It was never a topic to pay 40 percent more. Unfortunately, he is no longer here.

The campsite is beautifully situated by the river, right at the edge of the town of Arco. The city center is within walking distance in just a few minutes. Arco is stunning, and that is what finances this campsite, as the quality of the services received is certainly not to blame! We arrived with two bicycles and a small tent and had to stay at least two nights. For that, we ended up spending over 90€ with the unfriendly reception staff. As a form of identification, one must wear wristbands, which somewhat resembles animal keeping. The sanitary facilities are subpar. The water temperature fluctuates greatly, the shower heads are calcified, the toilets are dirty, there are no mirrors in the showers, no hot water and no soap at the toilets, and the entire sanitary facility is in dire need of renovation. All in all, one does not really feel welcome here, but pays all the more for miserable quality. We will not come back!

We were only briefly at this site today, but found clean sanitary facilities in sufficient quantity. The pitches are often not divided.

In times of too many visitors, it lacks cleanliness, old sanitary facilities. The outdoor pool is free to use and the river is easily accessible. Many shaded areas, bouldering hall next door. The kiosk is a bit small. The village is reachable by foot.

Very nice place with great pitches. The location is top, especially for climbing. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities and the hygienic pitches are the exact opposite. Cleaning? Soap? Towels? Warm water for handwashing in the toilets? If you don't need the sanitary facilities, then the place is highly recommended.

Beautiful location by the Sarche River, nice pitches under pines. Friendly staff, kiosk with fresh rolls and good coffee machines. Swimming pool included with 50m pool. Children's pool with a slide is dangerous, as the pool for the slides is too shallow and you hit the bottom. The sanitary facilities still have standing toilets or toilets without toilet seats, which are only cleaned once a day, just dreadful. The washrooms are poorly lit (2 out of 8 fluorescent tubes are working), perhaps so that you can't see the dirt.

Unfortunately, it was not necessary to book only 2 nights, one must pay for at least 3 nights. Very unfortunate for transit.
